The twenty-first century requires students and workers who are adaptable, collaborative and innovative. However, essential twenty-first century skills like empathy, resilience and improvisation are difficult to understand, practice and assess, and are therefore often underrepresented in both schools and professional development programs. Twenty One Toys addresses this gap by providing toys, workshops and training programs that allow students and professionals to refine twenty-first century skills in a tangible and engaging way.

Please join us on Wednesday, November 14th for a presentation, Empathy Toy demo, and an opportunity to meet and learn from award-winning social entrepreneur, Ilana Ben-Ari, founder of Twenty One Toys. The event is open to all students, staff, faculty, and community members. Limited tickets available so please make sure to register.

About the Empathy Toy

The Empathy Toy is a blindfolded puzzle game that can only be solved when players learn to understand each other. Designed as a toolset for organizations, the Empathy Toy generates rich discussions about the role of empathy and communication in the workplace – and unlocks insights for improved performance, smoother collaboration, and more authentic employee engagement.
