This special event is hosted in partnership with the Maker Studio at Mount Royal University Library and the Calgary Product Design Meetup group.

We will watch a screening of the film 'Objectified' by Gary Hustwit which provides a great overview of the field of Product Design. This documentary was made in 2009. We will follow it with a panel discussion of local product designers on how the industry has or has not changed since the making of this film. Come and enjoy the film and ask questions of the attendees about what Product Design means in 2018. Tours of the Maker Studio will be available afterwards for interested participants.
