Emotional eating has many layers and in this first session, Amber Romaniuk will be sharing what the levels of emotional eating are, the differences between physical and emotional hunger, common emotional eating triggers and why so many have emotional eating struggles. Building awareness around emotional eating behaviors is the first step to better understanding it so you can start to change old habits and patterns to create more mindfulness with food.
Amber Romaniuk is an Emotional Eating, Digestive, Hormone Expert and C.H.N.C. who speaks regularly on healthy eating and overcoming self-sabotage with food. She owns her own business, Amber Approved in Calgary.
