MRSA PD - Ways to Navigate Emotional Eating Triggers & Build Mindfulness with Food
After building awareness in session one, Amber Romaniuk will be helping dissect specific emotional eating triggers, why they are triggers and introducing powerful tips and recommendations as to how one can start navigating away from using food as a coping mechanism. She will also share what is at the core of emotional eating struggles and ways to start making ourselves a priority with self-care to build a mindful relationship with food.
Amber Romaniuk is an Emotional Eating, Digestive, Hormone Expert and C.H.N.C. who speaks regularly on healthy eating and overcoming self-sabotage with food. She owns her own business, Amber Approved in Calgary.
