Come experience yoga like never before in the library’s 360º Immersion Studio. These yoga sessions will run each Wednesday from May 8 - June 26. Register for the entire series through MRU Recreation or try out the class by signing up for a free drop-in pass at the Library Service Desk (5 passes are available for each class).
Drop-in passes* will be available starting at noon the day before (Tuesday) and you will be required to fill out a sign-in sheet at the Library Service Desk.
Yoga Flow links a powerful breath with dynamic flowing movements. Let your breath lead the way through a carefully balanced series of invigorating yoga poses. The poses are designed to increase strength, flexibility, and stamina. This diverse and continuous class is ideal for those wanting to try yoga for the first time or advanced yogis looking for a new challenge. Please wear loose clothing. Yoga mats are provided.
Please note that class on June 26 has different timing and will run from 4:15 pm - 5:30 pm.
