Join Michal Waissmann, Creative Lead in Marketing and Communications at MRU, as he explains how he experimented with the tools and technologies in the Maker Studio. To take advantage of the resources available to the University community, he tackled building a steering wheel for sim (simulated) racing. He will explain how employing 3D printing, soldering, wiring, Arduino programming, vinyl cutting and even suede wrapping in this project has inspired him to continue to create even more projects. Come by to see his first build and find out what’s next on his list of projects.
Come in and learn from the makers! Maker Mondays feature various programs where makers in our community share what they are working on in an array of formats from; informal presentation, discussion, visual presentation, tutorial, and hands on workshop.
