Positive affirmations are statements that are spoken, and often repeated, to encourage and uplift the person speaking them. They can be used to achieve specific goals, build self-esteem or many other ways of creating wellbeing.  In this workshop, with the staff of the MRU Library Maker Studio, you will learn how to create a positive affirmation your brain will respond to and think of creative ways to display that affirmation to make it effective. 

Registration for online events will close one hour before the start of the event. You will receive an email reminder one hour before the event start time with a link to Google Meet where the event will take place. We look forward to seeing you there.
