Coding can feel like a very daunting task for most  people to get started with, but python is the most beginner friendly, high-level language that is in use by developers today. Join the Maker Studio to learn how to program in this Python I workshop! Learn the basics through an exploration of numerical data types, variables, math operators, if statements, while loops,  dictionaries and arrays. Put it all together and create your own dice roll generator, for those fated family board game nights, where you’ve simply misplaced your dice! Online and in-library resources will be provided at the end of the workshop, so you can expand on your new skills!

Registration for online events will close one hour before the start of the event. You will receive an email reminder one hour before the event start time with a link to Google Meet where the event will take place. We look forward to seeing you there.
