About the series
The Student Belonging sub-committee of the Academic Working Group believes that providing students with opportunities to learn, create, and connect is what contributes to their academic and overall success. Encouraging students to take care of their mental health and prioritize activities that positively enhance their well-being is more important than ever.
We’ve come together with experts from across campus to offer a series of programs meant to share information that foster conversations that centre around wellness and create connection. These small group programs will include useful facts, tips, as well as additional resources and support available from departments across the Mount Royal campus. Students will be provided with a list of materials and tools needed to complete activities during the session. Those without access to materials, or who simply want to tune in and observe, are encouraged to attend and participate in the conversations.
