Building the Love You Want offers monthly sessions that focus on learning the green flags in your relationships and getting to know who you are in relationships of all types — romantic and platonic. What is your response when you face rejection or experience a break up? Is there a pattern? How can you navigate these feelings in a way that is safe for yourself and everyone involved? We will be talking about this and much more in this workshop

Meet in the MRU Library Boardroom (EL 4371A). Drop ins are welcome, and if you complete 4 of the 5 Building the Love You Want sessions, you will receive a certificate of completion!
