Rick Gaudio is an educator, storyteller, writer and documentary filmmaker based in Mohkinstsis, Calgary, Métis Nation Alberta, Region 3. As a Knowledge Keeper of the Métis Sixties Scoop, Rick shares a story about apprehension by the church and child welfare, through foster care, adoption, assimilation and indoctrination, then ultimately through reunion, repatriation and reconciliation with family, ancestry and nation.
