This free Yoga Nidra (Meditation) Class is being offered as part of 'Mental Health Matters at MRU: Bell Let's Talk 2023.'  

Amanda Morrison is a Peer to Peer Mental Health Educator, who has also completed her 200-hour Meditation Teacher Training Course and a 50-hour Somatic Meditation Teacher Training Course.
