Attend this workshop to learn about the basics to sewing with a sewing machine. Learn how to thread the machine, thread a bobbin, basic stitches, how to iron and how to make a seam. This workshop will allow you to build a reusable tote bag. These are the basic skills required in sewing projects so you can apply them to other practical uses like mending, tailoring and other skills that come in handy!

Please bring 1 metre of fabric and sewing thread of your choice, or use the scraps in the Maker Studio.
