The MRU Injury & Prevention Clinic is hosting the annual backpack clinic on Oct. 8.

This event gives students the opportunity to learn about how heavy backpacks impact spinal health and learn suggested habits and ergonomic practices to improve well-being. There will be lots of great prizes too including a free locker, backpack with lots of Mount Royal swag and free massage treatments!
