MRU Pressbooks: Zero to 43 published chapters in 8 months

In this session for International Open Access Week, Prof. Mpho-Entle Puleng Modise from the University of South Africa and Dr. Norm Vaughan from Mount Royal University will share their collaborative experience and lessons learned from publishing an edited open access book, Digital Resilience of ePortfolios.

This edited book consists of 43 chapters that were authored by 84 authors from around the world. The peer review process was conducted via Google Drive over 8 months. The publication process was facilitated through the MRU Library’s Pressbooks publishing platform in collaboration with Open Education Alberta.
