You may have heard the acronym FAIR in the context of research data archiving and sharing. But what does it mean to make your data FAIR? Standing for Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reuseable, FAIR is a set of principles that help ensure that your data has the greatest possible impact. Where your data sits on the spectrum of FAIRness depends on the nature of the data and the features of the repository where it is held, but all archived datasets can benefit from the guidelines.
In this workshop, we will provide an overview of the FAIR principles and the steps that you can take to make your data as FAIR as possible.
