This event will celebrate Mark Novak's recent publication: Phenomenologies of Incarnation in Michel Henry and Emmanuel Falque: Saving Flesh, Redeeming Body.
Mark is an instructor in the Departments of Humanities and General Education. The book looks at how two contemporary French Catholic phenomenologists talk about embodiment in relation to flesh and body, especially in relation to Christian theology. Mark will give some introductory remarks, and then there will be two respondents to the book.
