Each year on November 5, people across the UK mark Bonfire Night with fireworks, bonfires, food and traditions dating back more than 400 years. Join Dr. Cherie Woolmer to explore the story of Guy Fawkes and the Gunpowder Plot, distinctly British traditions like “penny for the Guy” and toffee apples, and how the meaning of the night has evolved over time.
