DESCRIPTION:Offered as a collaboration of Recovery on Campus and the After 
 Hours Peer Support Centre\, we welcome you to join us for a new program at 
 MRU. The After Hours Peer Recovery Meeting is based on the SMART Recovery 
 model which empowers participants with practical tools and strategies to 
 build and maintain motivation\, manage cravings\, and create a balanced\, 
 fulfilling life. Open to anyone seeking recovery\, this meeting fosters a 
 nonjudgmental\, collaborative environment for personal growth and positive 
 change.
